My server 2003 keeps loading

Specs: 2003
My server just keeps rebooting indefinitely after it shows the Windows 2003 splash screen with the loading bar at the bottom.
The hardware was lately making lot of noise. Any idea?
Maybe overheating?
What can i do to solve it?

Sounds like your harddrive has given up the ghost. You might try running a disk diagnostic program to verify this. Depending on the brand of your computer, many of them now have a diagnostic program built into the BIOS for testing the drive.
