The voltage of the PSU is not important, it is the power rating (and quality of the unit) that you need to look at. What make and model is the PSU, and does it have any ratings printed on it?

It's not the input voltage but rather the output wattage you need to be concerned about. Wattage specs should be on the PSU label. Sometimes you have to remove the PSU to see it. It needs to be at least 300 watts but more is better. If the output of your current PSU has a maximum less than 300 we may be able to recommend an upgrade.

The GT 610 is a low end / entry level card, not a gaming card. It's a rebranded GT 520 & only consumes 29W until full load. The minimum recommended PSU is 300W. If this upgrade is for gaming purposes, I suggest you keep looking.

Here's the specs for comparison:

As for a power supply, here's the highly recommended Corsair 430W, on sale again for just $20 after rebate. It'll handle just about anything you throw at it. I own 3 of them. My best graphics card is a Radeon R7 370, no problems.
