Did u drop or spill or abuse it in any other way your laptop? Can u enter BIOS?

I will try this when I get home from work. As far as I know there was nothing spilled or dropped - will ask others that use it.

If your laptop is not typing anything try to use external keyboard and check if the keyboard is not locked because if locked there is nothing you can do unless unlock.

I'd like to know that myself, I've never heard of locking a keyboard.

Check if there is any place with LED between the PC keyboard and internal mouse pad. If any make sure the light is not red. The turning OFF and ON this LED is by pressing this place and see it effect by the light changing from the current colour to another.

RED light freeze the keyboard while white or blue light make it active.
