My pc random shutdown

Specs: Windows 7
hey, so i recently updatede my pc, with water cooler and new gpu and psu, everything is running fine for 2-3 weeks and now my pc starts to randomly shutdown, about every 30-40 min or so
i tryed to replace my new psu with my old, it still shutdown,
any one know what i could do ? thx

Make sure water cooling system is still working properly as shutdowns like that usually happen when system gets too hot.

You appear to give temperatures after the components, are these actual readings? Are they at/near start up or are they under use/stress? Are the readings from BIOS or program (and which one)? Have you seen any pattern as to when it shuts down (gaming, long work sessions, etc)?

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
