Have you ever built a PC before? Did you properly configure the BIOS or just load defaults? Make sure the boot order is correct. You didn't post your system specs, you listed Win10 as your OS, but then mention Win8.1 in your post. Plus it sounds like the disc might be pirated. You can't boot off a new HDD; it needs to be partitioned, formatted, & then the OS installed. Have you ever installed Windows before? Try it without the ethernet cable & don't enter the illegal key.

To continue: Even if it was a good disk and key from another machine, you cannot reuse the key on a new installation, the key is ties to the old machine.
You should read up more on building computers and maybe even a couple of videos. Look up (Google) 'Bench testing a new computer before building' as well. If you have a friend that is more experienced it would be a good idea for you to get them to go over your work and help you with the OS installation.
List your complete hardware configuration and clearly tell us all steps you tried and the results.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Look in your online manual to see what key you need to tap at boot up to access BIOS settings. There are some settings you absolutely need to set before installing your OS.

"The disc came with a pc i buaght along time"
Is that a recovery disc?

If you have bought a legal key (from MS?), try downloading the Win 8.1 ISO:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sof...

Follow the instructions on the page.
