EVERYTHING COMES ON SUCH AS THE FANS DVD DRIVE, FLOPPY, INDICATION LIGHTS, HARD DRIVE, EVERYTHING IS ON. THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS THE DISPLAY; IT'S LIKE THE VIDEO PORT IS BAD, AND I INSTALLED A NEW VIDEO CARD IN THE PCI AND THERE IS STILL NO DISPLAY. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP.

Your motherboard has a built in video, does it work without the video card? Did you disable the motherboard's video so the PCI Video card would work?
