|FP as in 'front panel'? Your motherboard is made to accept a standardized plug for the front panel functions and I guess your case doesn't come with that. Sometimes there will be a secondary set of pins to accomodate that situation. In either case you'll need to check the motherboard manual for the pin positions for those functions and connect the wires from the front panel accordingly.|
The LEDs are polarized and need to be connected in the correct orientation. Usually the LED colored (red or green) wire is + and the white wire is -. The power switch and reset aren't polarized so it won't matter which way they are connected.
No doubt there'll be pins leftover. Don't worry about that.
