Yes, it sounds like you need to fit a new graphics card.

As yellow is not a primary colour, it is a mixture of Red and Green, it would have needed two points of failure on the cable for you have lost yellow. Possible but unlikely. With a cable failure, it is usually one of the primary colours that goes, Red, Green or Blue.

Aa you have eliminated the cable and the monitor, the only thing left is the video card. First try reinstalling the drivers and see if that makes a difference.

Don't put you Email Address on a site like this unless you like having an In Box full of spam. Besides, the idea is you ask a question and you get the answer here. Then everyone can see the answer and might learn something.

Hi Kaastroo, If the graphics card is separate (not integral with on the mobo), as it appears this may be at fault, I would first reseat it a few times:-

With the power *DISCONNECTED*, remove the board and reinsert 2 or 3 times.

You would be surprised how many faults this procedure has cured!

Or once, if you have a soft rubber typists correction pencil, use to clean the board's contacts.

Take care - avoid touching any contacts or electronic components, unless you are wearing a earthing strap.

Please advise back on progress.

Good luck - Keep us posted.
