Solved my memory card seems to have gone corrupt, cant access pics:/

Specs: Windows 7
My memory card is a sandisk 2gb micro SD memory card and my phone is a samsung S5620 Monte.
A few days ago while using my phone, i found that the phone wasnt reading the memory card and on checking i found that it had become loose in the memory card slot.
On fixing the issue( reinserting the card) the card could be read, but then a new problem arose that is i could only read my songs and videos, it showed the images folder to be empty which had a few hundred images. On inserting it onto my PC to check if i could recover them, my PC also said images folder is empty and now on checking the videos folder it said the videos folder is corrupt and thus cant open. i let windows scan and fix the problem( fix bad sectors etc)
but it didnt solve the issue. windows made a separate folder called FOUND000, which contained files of the type FILEE0001.CHK to FILE2694.CHK which cannot be opened(unsupported file type) there are also new folders which have appeared in the my folders menu which are of the same size approx as my images and videos would have been. they are called []=[]@ and []=[]=
and some smaller folders whose folder names are r , t , t (again) , l , [][]yy.yy0 , n , [][]yy.yy , SThumbDB.tdb , Store(34b48e2c24412eef0bc1cfc2cabb0c188c8c6545) , and []=[]= (again)
NOTE= in all the above cases [] is box icon which i can't show here and each of the y's has 2 dots above it
like a y with an accentuation
Also the found folder is about 1.4 gb and the the above ones are about 450 mb. which is about the same amount of data that was used earlier.
The end problem is that i cant access my data and dont know what to do,
ANY HELP would be really appreciated.
Is there any way i can retrieve my data or would i have to format it.
PLEASE HELP.
Thank You.

Not likely, but you can try using Recuva or Pc Inspector, they are both free and work pretty good at data recovery, if they cannot get your stuff back, it may be next to impossible or costly, so it's worth a shot. If you can get your data back, try reformatting the card, if it goes ok and works normally, problem solved. If you have issues formatting the card at some point these sd cards need to be replaced with new ones, only death and taxes seem to last forever.

Data was probably damaged on the card. If you had used a specialized program that can repair data damage at that point, you could probably have repaired the problem and gotten access to all or most of the files that you know were on it again.

However, you did this....

"i let windows scan and fix the problem( fix bad sectors etc) "
but it didnt solve the issue. windows made a separate folder called FOUND000, which contained files of the type FILEE0001.CHK to FILE2694.CHK which cannot be opened(unsupported file type)"

You have probably destroyed the chance of being able to recover the data, by using specialized programs that can do that, for files that the *.CHK files are for, when you did that.
The *.CHK files can be read by Notepad (RIGHT click on the *.CHK file and choose Open with, then Notepad, if that's available in Windows 7), but usually most of or all of what you see is characters for programing language, not easily readable text. You're usually unable to determine which file the data in the *.CHK file was originally in.
