Solved My Laptop power button does not respond at one press

Specs: Windows 10
I have Dell Vostro 5470. I have been having the issue of the power button not responding instanlly. I have to press again and again, if I am lucky, it sometimes power on. Wjat would the problem? Please help. Thank you in adavance

If your power button is not working, try removing the battery and AC connection.
Then hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Now. Put the battery on and
start the laptop with the power button. I hope it will solve your problem. Let me
know if it helps or not.

It could be a broken power button, if the other suggestions don't work, send it in to Dell for repair.
