I do not see a CPU Support list for your motherboard.
I do see a support list for your chipset:
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Intel...
This does NOT mean that your BIOS will support it OR your cooling will be sufficient for it. I do NOT recommend this upgrade. There is no guaranty that it will work.Your choice, your risk.
I DO still recommend purchasing a new laptop or at least a newer reconditioned laptop with a warranty and with Windows 7 (if not new enough to support Windows 10 properly). Avoid anything greater than 4 or 5 years old if possible.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Is this your laptop? http://www.toshiba.co.il/en/support...
I doubt that the CPU can be anything else than the current one.

If you want to speed up the laptop, start with an SSD.

What is it that your laptop isn't capable of doing?

"Toshiba satellite c660-20g with PWWAM motherboard"

The motherboard model number should be something like LA-6841P. Have a look at the following list of boards used in the C660: http://www.s-manuals.com/notebook/t...

I don't see a PWWAM on the list. How did you come up with it? When I put it into google, it says, "Did you mean: Toshiba PWWAA"

Socket for Intel Celeron and I3 are different:
https://ark.intel.com/products/4149...
https://ark.intel.com/products/4647...

The HDD 500GB is not going to speed up the laptop

If you are planning to use it for Photoshop and similar programs then you also need a distinct graphics card with dedicated graphics memory 2GB or greater which you cannot change, 8GB system RAM min, preferable 16GB system RAM.....
In other words, you are wasting your time and money upgrading your laptop.
You need to purchase one with the required specs to begin with.
Typically the only thing you can upgrade on a laptop is more memory and upgrading from a hard drive to an SSD drive.
I have purchased laptops through HP and configured them on their web site for photoshop, Autocad, etc. with the needed specifications, unfortunately they are not inexpensive going that way. Another option is to look for the required specs on some of the available off the shelf gaming laptops, some of which are more reasonable. Be careful to actually get the quad core CPU, distinct NVidia graphics, enough RAM (or the ability to add), and at least a large, fast hard drive (7200RPM or SSD). Look for no older than 2 generations older than the latest on the CPU if you are purchasing new and no older than 3 generations old on reconditioned one. And note that not all mobile i5's are quads, many are dual core and all i3 mobile are dual core, the main exception is the latest 8th generation core processors.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
