Specs: Windows XP
My flash disc started to connect and disconnect nonstop on any machine where I try to use it. It's a 16BG flash disk with all my work and lots of data in it. How can I solve this problem and recover all my work and data?

I'd boot to a live linux cd and see what it does.

Thanks Jefro. But as I don't have linux on any machine, I gave it to some repair guys to see if they can extract my data from it. It kept doing that even on their machines, so they are going to try other tricks. But he gave me no guarantee that he'll succeed to extract my data.

YIf they know anything one of their tricks would be to try the linux live CD. You can download linux free and boot to the CD. It does not have to be installed.
