My DVD drive can detect DVDs, but cant play.

Specs: Windows XP, 1.00 GB RAM
I bought The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion about a year or so ago, and since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times as i beat it each time. So a week ago I pull the case from my shelf and put in the first DVD to install it again. I insert the dvd, my mouse turns into the little CD showing that it's reading the dvd, but then it just stops loading, and nothing happens. So i open My Computer and I see my DVD drive ( SONY DVD RW DRU-800A ) has detected the Oblivion DVD. So i double click on the drive to run it manually, and the same thing happens as last time: Mouse turns into CD pointer, then nothing happens and mouse turns back to normal. The Disks are not scratched or dirty, and i have used them many times before, so I have no idea why it is not working now.

Can you right click > Explore the DVD? you may have disabled Auto run somewhere along the line, because the DVD will have an auto run, and when you double click it, it tries to start Auto run.

There is an autorun.inf file, and this is what it says:

I do not know much about game files, so I am not sure if that is correct or not. While exploring I saw the setup.exe and tried to run it, but it would not start either.
