"power supply (not sure of brand) 500watts"

✔ Best Answer
Did you unplug the power supply when resetting CMOS?
Did you return CMOS jumper to the neutral position before plugging it back in?
Did you reset defaults in BIOS after resetting CMOS?

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
