I have had this problem forever. When I don't use my pc for a long time, I can usually get to my desktop before it turns off; but when I continuously turn it on it is like a domino effect, eventually not even getting past the words that appear when I turn it on. I have figured out though, that I can hit one of the F buttons or the delete button during reboot and remain on those screens forever; but as soon as I choose Safe Mode or anything else.......boom, it turns off. I can access the BIOS and checked the health and the temp is around 90 degrees celsius. This is HOT! How do I fix this? The fan is running at around 5000 rpm.

"I can access the BIOS and checked the health and the temp is around 90 degrees celsius." If you are talking about the cpu temps, then that is definitely too hot. Your computer should be turning itself off if the
cpu temps get that high to protect the cpu. You should probably remove the heat sink and fan, clean off the old thermal paste, and put a small amount of new thermal paste before reinstalling the heat sink and fan.
