My computer supports opengl 3.3, but it doesn't exist on it. I'm using Win10, but my computer supports Win7 and there're a lot of drivers that can download using Win7 but i can't with Win10. So my question is if that openg 3.3 doesn't exist because i don't have the right graphic card drivers?

When Windows 10 was installed, it should have installed the best drivers it could find for your devices. However, there might be better drivers available at the graphics card manufacturer's website - usually AMD or NVIDIA, possibly Intel.

Find your graphics card on the following site, double click on it, then scroll down to Graphics Features to find out which OpenGL your card supports. If it's 3.2 or lower, you're out of luck. If it's 3.3 or higher, update your graphics drivers.
