My computer keeps rebooting.

Specs: Windows XP, Core i3-530 2.9GHz
My computer just keeps rebooting. I reinstalled Windows XP and Windows 7, only to have the same problem. I bought a new Power supply and nothing. I tested new RAM on it and the same thing. Sometimes it will boot up to the "Starting Windows" page and just reboot. Could it be that my Motherboard and/or CPU is going bad?

"I bought a new Power supply and nothing"

How are we supposed to know if you bought a good one or not? Did you spend at least $50? Decent name brand unit? At least 400W? Single +12v rail of at least 30A? Active PFC? 80 Plus certified?

Did you check the CPU temp?

Why are you randomly replacing hardware rather than trying to figure out what is the problem?
Disable autorestart and note errors.
Run Memtest.
Run hard drive utility from your hard drive mfg. to test hard drive.
Run Start Up Repair from install disk or recovery disk.
Report back error codes.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
