Open your Sound Recorder in Windows. If you can record and hear it with that program, it's working and is a Skype problem.

I've already checked through Sound Recorder in Windows. The result is the same.

Open your sound program from Control Panel and check the settings. Make sure the mic is recognized and that it's not muted. Check the volume levels and if it has a switch make sure it's on. Also look in device manager and see if your drivers are good. If you have Realtek sound installed, check the output settings there,

In Control Panel I've checked hardware Avance AC'97 Audio for VIA (R) Audio Controller. It's working properly. In Sounds and Audio Devices Properties I've tried to test Voice recording but Sound Hardware Test Wizard said "The wizard could not complete the test because your voice was not detected".

Hi, if the sound card can't detect voice signal, you can't record it well. I think you need to reinstall or change your sound device to record online sound from skype and check the problems of why it can't detect sound.
