My 320 gb hd is detected as 2 TB by system, so it cause some app like get data back failure to read it, can you advice us about this problem

If the bios reads it wrong then the chip on the drive is either wrong or has been replaced by a wrong part. It can be re-burned if you have the software.

This assumes it is a real 320 and not a 2tb

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

Bios's read a small flash eeprom on the drive that is used to populate bios. It will populate the bios screen on boot as part of eide or sata tasks. The bios is usually set to auto but I guess it may have been set to some user. Many bios' have a way to re-read the drive to get it correctly . Try that.

For the most part you'd have to find a eeprom burning software and you'd have to know the memory region to flash. Usually only factory's have that.
