I didn't bother to do a search for JLPC1 because I assumed it was the front panel header. I just found this:

http://us.msi.com/service/faq/1310....

In other words, it's for MSI use only.

I believe the MS-7168 is an OEM Board manufactured for NEC/Packard Bell by MSI, therefore it is best to find out what PC is was originally in...

Though I believe it is a 14pin header to take the wiring loom from the NEC/PB Case Front Panel......

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....

"I found the following web page, but externals links no more work"

Maybe so, but the info about the board was provided in jam's response. All you had to do was enter RS480 in the search box at the MSI site & you would have come up with this:

http://www.msi.com/service/search/?...

Just download the manual & find the pin definitions. Or maybe this will help:
