What is bt?

You will probably find the dongle is pre-programmed to use that provider.
If you are no longer in their coverage area then get a new dongle from whatever is now your local provider. ( these things are like carrier-locked mobile phones )

not sure how it works in Vista but in XP all you would need to do would be open the "Network Connections" part in control panel. Rightclick on the unwanted wireless connection and delete it.

Next time you open a web browser you would have to configure the new 3 connection
