mother board is not giving beap sound & scren

Specs: Windows XP
i am an electronics engineer having one problem in desktop computer mother board it is not switching moniter i have check every thing like ram bios processor power supply every thing is ok but mother board is not giving beap sound initialy also i have check cpu power supply section is working is ok now let me know which parts i have to replace?

For starters, did you benchtest the board? A good electronics engineer knows that you should ALWAYS benchtest before installing hardware into a case. Does your motherboard have a built-in speaker? If not, do you have the internal case speaker connected to the board? You can't get a beep code without a speaker. And can you explain how you were able to "check every thing like ram bios processor power supply"? Does that mean you confirmed they are all in good working order by testing them in another system?

I have done the bench test of mother board. mother board is havin internal case speaker & is tested with another system as like as another camponents now let me know the next step await for your reply...........
