mother board dram error

Specs: Windows 7, AMD 955/8GB RAM
I just switched out Motherboards (to CROSSHAIR IV Formula), and added two Radeon 6870's in Crossfire. I've reseted CMOS, my system powers on, however I see nothing, and hear nothing. The MOBO DRAM light stays on. I currently have my hard drive installed with Win7 Ultimate (from previous MOBO) and I upgraded (but the MOBO died before installing drivers for ne GPU's) from the ATI CF'd 4870s. What do I need to do to get my Rig Running?

You need to strip it down and start at the beginning.

"I currently have my hard drive installed with Win7 Ultimate (from previous MOBO)"

Therefore it's not going to boot into Windows. You need to reinstall or attempt a repair. That's not your problem though. You should have becnhtested before mounting the board in the case.
