Solved monitor says no signal.

Specs: Windows XP, pentium4 2.6
hp d530 sff no signal. psu blew, so removed motherboard and put in tower case,hooked up, powered up, 2 green leds, 2beeps,fans work, 15 secs,1green led goes out,but no signal to monitor, any suggestions please,thanks.

"No signal" means the video card or integrated graphics isn't sending a signal to the monitor. That doesn't necessarily mean the graphics chip is bad, it could be the CPU, motherboard, PSU, etc. You should have benchtested the board after you removed it from the case to confirm it was still working. Obviously it would have been pointless to install a non-working board in another case. When a PSU blows, it's not uncommon for it to take out the motherboard or CPU along with it. Since you didn't benchtest, you don't know if you installed something incorrectly or if there's a hardware problem.
