Specs: Windows 10
I have newly built a pc, first time building, however when i start the computer, everything run but monitor get no signal and peripherals are not responding, not entering bios. All spec are new except the gpu. The following is the build list:
MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI
Ryzen 7 3700X
ADATA XPG Spectrix D41 8gb 3200mHz x2 (ax4u320038g16-st41)
MSI Geforce GTX 1080Ti
PSU Super Flower Leadex II 750W

MSI motherboard debug led light up on the second led persistently, according to manual, mobo not detecting RAM.

Please post the model number of the motherboard. Also, if you didn't bench-test your hardware before installing it in the case, you skipped an extremely important step.

The above replies are right on the point.
Please note that the first boot into BIOS will need to be from onboard graphics so you can set the primary graphics in the BIOS first.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
