My monitor started flashing/flickering this morning. Nothing but a black screen and a little flicker across it every few seconds. This happens even when I turn off the desktop, so I'm pretty sure the problem is just with the monitor. The only way I've been able to stop it is by unplugging it. Any ideas on how to fix it? Or should I just go ahead and start looking for a replacement? Any help would be great.
Test somehow is a good way to start. Borrow a known working unit. Turn off your computer and attach the known good one. Does it work? Repeat to put back old. Does it still fail? If so replace the monitor. If not report back.
Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
