You cannot expect us to be able to analyze your problem without any facts.
What computer are you running? Make and model number or all detailed specs.
What memory are you using? Size, speed, make & model.
Has this system ever worked?
Has this system ever worked with this memory?
What memory did it have before?

Have you tried cleaning the edge of memory contacts with a clean pencil eraser, then popping them in and out of the sockets(s) 4 or 5 times to clean them too?

Have you tried running Memtest86? (probably will not work if you cannot stay up in BIOS though).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

It is an IBM ThinkCenter
Running: 2 512MB ram modules 1 being Kingston and 1 being Hynix, it has a Intel Pentium duel core processor, a floppy drive, dvd read right drive a card reader, and every thing is stock (I think) but I don't think one of the ram modules are (as I got the computer from work). There's no graphic and sound cards.

I have tyred putting in the ram 1 at a time cleaning them, and running memtest86+ I got to it once and then it crashed as the program started (I booted memtest from a USB).

I'm so sorry for the trouble cause.

If you've tried them one at a time and always get the error then either both sticks are bad or the problem is elsewhere. Are there any memory configuration options in cmos/bios setup? You should be able to get a stick of compatible ram on ebay for pretty cheap to see if yours are bad.
