"when I click on it I see it but it now won't pop up"
Have you double clicked on it?
Have you right clicked on it?

I have done all of that and I can see it on the bottom bar if I put my mouse over the icon. I have always been able to just click on it and it pops up to be used now it just sits there. I did notice something by accident though, I left my computer to do something and screen went black. I just ran my mouse and now the bottom tool bar was on the right side of my screen and low and behold I could click on magic jack and it popped on the screen as normal. I closed screen and reopened so everything was now again on the bottom as usual and again magic jack just sits there can see if I run mouse over it, but it won't pop to the screen.

Hi, I've noticed a similar problem with those yellow pop-up tooltips. Sometimes they get stuck BEHIND the taskbar and you can't see them (thanks Micro$oft!...:o) Try R-Clicking a blank area on the taskbar, go to Properties, and disable the taskbar's "Always on Top of other Windows" option. Not really a fix but more of a work-around. Hope it helps, let me know! Bellarmine
