Solved machine wont boot auto shut down

Specs: Windows 7
computer wont boot up fans and everything runs for about 3 secounds then shuts down it first shut down by its self and now wont reboot i have tryed unhooking every thing includeing trying another power supply that is working in another computer nothing seams to work i have also checked all the wiring pulled the mother board and checked for shorts

Faulty/poorly seated ram module, overheating processor?

To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!

When that happens it's usually the PSU, motherboard or both (both as sometimes a bad PSU will ruin the motherboard). Since you've swapped in a (presumed) compatible power supply and had the same results the likely culprit is the motherboard.

Well, less likely but still possible is the cpu or its heatsink assembly. You might swap in a compatible cpu if possible. And verify the heatsink is firmly attached and its fan is freely spinning.
