As you are using 32-bit Windows there would be no point in installing more RAM. But, if you are thinking of changing to a 64-bit OS, the system scanner at the Crucial web site should tell you what you want to know.

1) max capacity = 8GB (2 x 4GB). And it should be DDR3-1333 or better. But as stated above, if you're running a 32-bit OS, it's pointless to have more than 4GB. From the ASUS website:

"Due to OS limitation, when installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, Windows® 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Install a 64-bit Windows® OS when you want to install 4GB or more memory on the motherboard."

2) there is no "maximum graphic card capacity". You can install a card with as much memory as you want. However, be aware that the amount of graphics memory doesn't necessarily mean the card will perform better. You need to look at ALL the specs - memory type (DDR2, GDDR3, GDDR5, etc), memory bandwidth (64-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit, etc), plus the GPU specs (make/model, core speed, # of cores, etc).
