Specs: Windows Vista, 200 G/2G
I use Skype a lot and sometimes when I try a call I am getting very loud background noise on the computer microphone. If I reboot the computer and try again the background noise is usually gone. Sometimes it is not there to start with so I don't have to reboot. The background noise is there is I am using the computer microphone, a plug in microphone or a headset. The noise is into the red zone on the microphone dial.

Thanks for the feedback. I have checked the settings, the connection is ok but I will try them again and post the result.
