Likom Monitor Not Receiving from CPU

October 11, 2010 at 20:14:08
Specs: Windows XP
Hi, I have a Likom flat-screen monitor that I tried to connect to my CPU and it's not showing up. It says "cable not detected". I tried connecting it to my laptop and it works fine as a 2nd screen/projected screen, but still not detecting anything from my CPU. I have no other monitor so I've no way to check what's on my CPU. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would start suspecting the video card. That's the one connected to the Motherboard, the same motherboard that the CPU is plugged into.
