Lenovo Yoga2 - Change boot sequence

October 20, 2018 at 15:39:21
Specs: Windows 10, 8 GB
I need to change the device boot sequence in my Lenovo Yoga2 to put USB first. I power on, then quickly press the Fn and F2 keys until the BIOS screen appears. I toggle over to Configuration, where I see the following sequence:
Hard Drive
USB
Some other device

However, this screen does not seem to provide a means to alter the boot sequence. I read somewhere to use the + and - keys to change the order in which the devices appear. I tried that, but it did nothing. Am I doing something incorrectly, or is changing the boot sequence more of a mystery than I was expecting?
THanks

On many old style BIOS you use arrow keys to move to the line, then hit enter and a new box pops up and you scroll to the one to replace it hit enter again to replace it. then you repeat for the second in line, etc.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Thanks, Fingers. However, my BIOS (or whatever it's called these days) does not allow me to do even that. BTW, my Lenovo laptop was manufactured in 2015.
