Lenovo G580 - faulty mainboard - diagnosis/repair?

Lenovo Essential g580 15.6" led notebook...

Specs: Windows 8.1, i3M, 4GB RAM

Iam trying to repair Lenovo G580 laptop which have terrible slow harddrive-booting, copying, any harddrive activity is taking ages, otherwise when I get into windows and chrome for example loads into RAM its running fast.

I changed RAM for new, changed for a new hardrive, but regardless its still slow(of course I made basic clean and thermal paste replacing but thats not the cause), memtest diagnose crashed right in the beginning even with new ram and hardrive disconnected so Iam guessing mainboard.

Any ideas what could wrong, any idea for deep diagnose / repair? Could reflowing of southbridge/cooking whole mainboard help?

Thanks in advance

Did you install the latest driver files for that model?

Go to the link below for them.

Did you memtest the old RAM before replacing it? Did you run a HDD diagnostic before replacing it? Did you monitor the CPU temp before cleaning it & replacing the thermal paste?

All the wikis about mobo repair apply to desktop. Thanks for that, I already know these-but most things cant apply to laptop motherboard :-(

Steps which I did one by one>

Did MEMtest before replacing - crash in 3 seconds. Swap RAM slot - MEMtest crash in 3 seconds. Did old HDD SMART check - 1sector pending, 26 spin retry count errors.
Checked CPU temp physically - not hot at all, only HDD was going up to 52C degrees - checked through SMART, and hot even by touching it.

Replaced RAM for new one, with HDD disconnected - MEMtest crash in 3 seconds. Swap RAM slot - memtest crash in 3 seconds.

Install new HDD with new RAM, MEMtest crash in 3 seconds.
Fresh reinstall (recover) of OS- took ages to install, HDD is again terribly slow - booting into win is taking some 5+ minutes. I can hear and feel that HDD is still spinning and working and heating, but slow.

Again - while I get into windows, start youtube for example, its working nice, no mouse tearing, videos playing fast (even HD), but data copying, installing software, updates is slowslow, even it freeze sometimes.

I pressume HW error(SATA controller, RAM slots, CPU(most unlikely). If its desktop PC I would try different port/controller/cable, but cant do so here :-(

"even it freeze sometimes"

Ok, lets see if these logs give us clues.

Copy & Paste the mini dump (.dmp ) file onto your desktop & then upload it using this. No account/registration needed. Give us the link please.
Minidump file is located in C:\Windows\Minidump

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt)
The logs are large, upload them using one of these. No account/registration needed. Give us the links please.
