Solved Laptop Problem with fps/putting more ram on

Specs: Windows 8, 8g
I bought some ram for my laptop and im not sure how to install it, and if i can somehow install it to work with the ram already installed on my laptop. Is this possible and if so can someone help me? Also on the same laptop, i play alot of league of legends and i could run it at the set settings and i could run 60fps. All the sudden the other night it started running at about 30 fps randomely and it wont get better. Someone PPLLLEEAASESEEE help me :(

Since you said you already bought RAM, what did you get? Did you check the specs of the existing RAM to make sure what you bought matches up? Did you get DDR3-1600 @ 1.35v? The new RAM goes in the slots in the compartment on the underside of the laptop (roughly in the center). The existing RAM is in hidden slots underneath the keyboard. Make sure you remove the battery before messing with the RAM.

Although the P75 A7200 is capable of playing games, it really isn't a gaming laptop. And since you already have 8GB RAM, I see very little need for installing more unless you're consistently running memory intensive apps. It's doubtful adding more RAM will improve gaming performance significantly, if at all; the gaming bottleneck is the integrated HD 4600 graphics. If you want to improve your frame rates, try lowering the game settings.
