laptop mouse pan not working

Specs: windows 7, 3gigs
i have a emachies e732z laptop and when i turned it on one day the mouse pan and clickers/buttons stoped working.so i have to plug a mouse in to do stuff.i uninstalled the drive and when i restart it everything works fine but then when i turn it off and back on it stops working so i have to uninstall it every time if i want it to work.also the keyboard works fine still and nothing is wrong with the keyboard.
if you know what is up with it please help it is really anoying me using a mouse

Are you referring to your touchpad or an external mouse? Either way, you should get the file directly from the hardware manufacturer.

Did you click on the purple link I supplied in #1 above? Do that and select Notebook> E series> e732z> scroll down to touchpad driver.

it still dosent work i selected Notebook> E series> e732z and scrolled down to touchpad driver then exstracted it and then run the setup it said it updated it and i restaeted it and it still didnt work

Go into Device Manager and see if the Touchpad driver version matches this>

driver version: 15.0.18.0
and the title is "synaptics ps/2 port touchpad"

Then you may have a hardware issue. Contact emachines for support if your laptop is still under warranty.

To verify the problem is not with Windows you could use a live version of Linux like Puppy that boots and runs off a USB flash drive or a CDR.

How did you burn the CD? Or did you place it on a flash drive? What wouldn't work?

i exstracted it and then draged all the files on a flash drive and the it said it coudent find a file when i tryed to boot it
