Laptop Lcd Power Goes off and Comes Back

Specs: Windows XP
I Have an nec verser E6210 laptop. It have been working fine , when one month back It started behaving Badly. What Happens is .. At first Every thing slows down all the programs Get Stuck and things .. then Behind the mouse Cursor Yellow Lines appear and after a few seconds The laptop screen goes blank and comes Back Again.. n sooo I Restarted the laptop. and on the Boot up screen before the windows Logo Appears ... There were manny zero's Like " 00 00 00 00 00 00 and on and on till the bottom of the screen " and as soon the windows starts it do the same thing. So i formatted the computer. Well.. there is only one hard and ive partitioned it and use the other halfs to keep my data. i didnt format it.. i just formatted C and installed windows. i thought everything was fine. But two days after it started doing the same thing. this time i didint format it.. i Restored the system to another date.. And then it got back to normal .and again went bad after two days... every time i restore it it gets good for sometime . well.. when it happened the last time .. i removedthe hard and turned my pc on.. It seems the problem existed still becox i saw the 00 00 00 on the bootup screen.. PLEASE HELP me ! what is wrong??

After you re installed Windows, did you install device drivers? or
was it crashing before that. If it started acting up after installing
device drivers, then it could be driver related.

Does it boot up in safe mode?

Other possibilities....

Faulty RAM
Faulty Video

If there are any external peripherals connected, remove them

It Does boot from safe mode! thats how i restore the System!!
The Drivers ..Maybe.. I have the drivers kept in my D drive! n when ever i format the laptop i install the drivers from the one's i kept!
I have A 512mb ram ddr2
the video card. i donno if its the problem
i dont have any external devices connected
