HELLO!!! HELP ME TO FIX MY PC HARD DRIVE ERROR!!!!

I have 152 GB in my Drive C and 145 GB in my Drive E
not Opening (C:) and (E:) just check the properties:
(C:) used space: 126 GB / free space: 25 GB
(E:) used space: 119 GB / free space: 26 GB

But if I open my Drive (C:) select all the file in the drive (C:) and check the "properties" the used space is only "114 GB", and there should be a 38 GB free space not 25 GB....
same in my drive (E:) selecting all the files in the drive (E:) and check the "properties" the used space is only "40.6 GB" and there should be a 104.4 GB free space in my drive (E:)

For those people who already encountered this kind of PC error please Help me to fix this kind of error...

There is a difference between used space and allocated space. Files sizes are allocated in 4k clusters (ntfs fat). Allocated space is rounded up to the next 4k size.

Not only that but there are hidden files. You obviously have a lot of garbage on your computer, it's time to clean house. Start with CCleaner-Slim:
