Could it be overheating? When's the last time you blew the dust out of the cooling vents? Do you use the laptop on a hard surface (table or desk) with the back raised slightly so that the air can circulate?

i just cleaned it... even installed a new OS. and yes i have a cooling fan underneath my laptop... it has 3 fans... plus my deskfan... even went to computer repair shop to check if the theres a problem on my hardwares.. and fortunately, nothing was found.. the problem is... it crashes only on Online stream... like youtube or a certain anime site.. but if downloaded.. it plays normally... not to mention the game... it also crashes...

it all started when my brother in law logged in to his Online game Cabal.. while i buffered 3 episodes of anime on my Google chrome browser... and while my League of legends client was logged in too.. im not playing though it was just on the lobby... any ideas? thanks for the reply really appreciate it! looking forward for further instructions thanks!
