Keyboard Issue

Microsoft / 1045

Specs: Windows XP
I have my e-mail account with Incredimail and it seems that just recently when I go to type up an e-mail my keyboard does not want to type the correct letters I am pressing, for example I type a W and get an L...etc. But ONLY on incredimail. Right now and with all other programs it types just fine. I have un-installed Incredimail and re-installed and nothing has changed. I have tried changing keyboards and the problem is still there even with another keyboard. (the other keyboard is NOT wireless) It doesn't seem to be the e-mail program or my keyboard but I don't know how to make it work right on incredimail. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I did in fact get it fixed, I don't know what system you are using so the instructions may vary a little since I am running on Windows XP. Here's what I did:
Control panel, double click regional & language, click on language tab then details.
Under settings you should see "English (united states)" and under that "Keyboard".
Under the keyboard there should only be "US" and NOTHING else, now mine also had "United States - Dvorak". This should be deleted! Once you delete that OR whatever else is under there and have ONLY "US" then hit apply and close
Try opening new a new mail in the incredimail program and it should work. Let me know if this worked for you.
Good Luck,
