Keyboard is typing 0's, o's & i's on its own

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 3 GHz / 1022 MB
My computer is typing i's, o's, and 0's by itself
randomly. It is a wired keyboard but it will do
it with the keyboard unplugged, with all
devices but the monitor unplugged, in safe
mode, with text to speech disabled, and during
the BIOS screen my computer makes a
chirping noise.

Any ideas?

Also, I've scanned for viruses with Norton, Ad-
aware, Malwarebytes Antimalware, and
Spybot.

I've uploaded a YouTube video to show what's
going on.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

When you remove the keyboard and boot up, does it say "no keyboard detected"? (This is assuming your BIOS is set to halt on failures).
If it keeps going, then I would suspect a motherboard issue.

... are you booting up with the keyboard attached then removing it?

... I first suspected some stuck (keyboard) keys being held in memory

... does the chirping noise not happen while in windows ?

... go to "start" run (type) dxdiag [press enter]

... test what you can!

The computer will boot up without the keyboard and the problem
will still happen in like explorer bar.

I've tried booting up with the keyboard connected and then
removing it, and the issue will still happen. Sometimes when I
do that it will get stuck on one key and keep typing it.

I ran dxdiagi and it showed no problems.i0

... have you tried another keyboard to see if that alters anything?
