keyboard fault - hardware fault?

Specs: Windows 10, 4G
Dell Latitude keys faulty - any fix?

Suddenly the keys F1 to F12 have stopped working, they are opposite.

Instead of having to use the Fn key for commands, these are done without pressing the Fn Key.

I have done 2 clean reinstalls, but no luck, checked settings and drivers - nothing works. Always worked fine before.

Any clues on how to fix this - hardware fault?

Thanks

Some laptops have the option to lock the Fn key using a key combination, so chances are that this has happened accidentally. Try pressing the Fn key and the NumLock keys together, this works on an older Dell I have. Otherwise, check the manual for your laptop and it should tell you the correct combination for your machine.
