Ok, to start with i was playing WoW, all of a sudden down on the task bar a pop up window came up saying Windows is having a problem with hardware connected thru a USB port on your computer, then i noticed my Mouse did not work any longer, The game was still on and the internet was up and running except I couldn't click anything, So after waiting for like 10 mins I rebooted (with button on tower)

Now it goes thru 7/8 of the booting bar and stops waits for about 1 min or longer then a black screen show up saying Keyboard failure! I tried different USB ports and same thing happens, At one time only, a message came up saying
Alert: Previous attems at booting this system has failed at Checkpoint [ I thr ] For help in resolving this problem please note this ck point and contact Dell Technical Support,

Does anyone know what I can do or what this means before I go out and purchase another keyboad and end up with the same problem?

I would rather work with everyone here then Dell Support lol im sure you all know how that is!

Thank you all in advance for your help Grrrrrr comuters lol

The Keyboard is what came with the computer a SK 8115 not whats stated above it wouldn't change whe I put this in the form, I just wanted to make sure this is what is not operating properly and it isn't something else..

one new thing I just noticed when I booted it up again now after Keyboard Failure,
Below that line theres another line it says
Drive 0 not found Serial ATA, SATA-0
Strike F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup but the keyboard doesnt' work so ....
Not sure either if this has anything to do with this problem or not but thought i'd pass it along for the past 2 weeks or so Ive been getting another message while booting up saying Alert: System battery is low
Strike F1 to continue or F2 to enter Setup which I did but couldn't find anything anywhere that had to do with a battery is there on in a tower of a desktop?? so I just pushed F1 to continue and everything seem to work fine! until now lol
thanks again all !!
