Specs: Windows 7
keep the cd xp into the drive and boot from cd rom no ntldr is missing error setup running normaly . and if i keep the cd server 2003 and boot from cd rom then error ntldr is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart after restart then message again

Jeez, you sound like the badly injured victim in a cop tv show who with gasping breaths tries to relay some important information about their attacker before being taken to the hospital. How about some full sentences and punctuation?

Anyway, if I understand the symptoms correctly, you're not really booting from the cdrom. Is the cdrom the first boot device in the boot order and, if necessary, is it enabled there as a boot device? Are you getting the 'press any key to boot from cd' option and then pressing any key?
