Details....Details.... details.....

When asking a question about hardware in a hardware forum "N/A" is not an acceptable response to the question of System Specs.

You have not even listed your operating system and there is no information in your question to help work out whether your problem is hardware or software( driver) related.

Try again.

It is unlikely that installing a graphics card could interfere with the internet, but you need to supply system specs, graphics card specs, driver used, any history of recent problems, and mention everything already tried to avoid us going over the same things and wasting time/effort.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I'm sorry for the lack of info, but I found the problem I'm guessing my graphics card overload the power supply and some how fried the Ethernet port

That is possible with a cheap power supply that is being overloaded. You may be thankful that that is all of the damage, the motherboard could have been fried. Purchase an NIC card and a better power supply. Look for a power supply with only one 12Volt rail, Active PFC, 80% certified efficiency or better, and a quality name brand.
