Issues booting custom-built Windows 7 desktop

Specs: Windows 7 64bit, phenomIIx4 955 3.20, adata 1333 2x4
my computer doesn't seem to want to boot. however when it does actually boot and run windows, it works fine as far as i can tell. in the systems configurations all the devices show to be working properly. i have a m4n75td asus motherboard, phenom IIX4 955 3.20 processor, 8gb 1333 adata ram, asus dvd +/- rw, and a seagate 1tb 32mb cache hdd. i think the hdd is a 7200.12 model. this is my 1st build and i am learning as i go, any useful suggestions would be greatly appreciated. note: whenever i get the computer booted and running, it works fine but when i shut down and then turn it back on later, i have to star all over again. i get error messages and a blue screen.

error codes are as follows:0x00000024 (0x00000000001904fb, 0xfffff880042f4108,0xfffff880042f3960, 0xfffff8000c1f5000)

0x00000019 (0x0000000000000020, 0xfffff8a00845c20, 0xfffff8a00845cc50, 0x0000000005030106)

their seems to be different error codes on each unsuccessful boot. however when widows does load properly, the computer works fine.
