Specs: Windows XP, Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU
How would you rate this specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785G-UD3H
CPU AMD AM3 Athlon 2 X2 - 240 2.8Ghz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4350
DDR2 RAM: 3GB or 4GB

is it good for gaming?
I don't need too good, just good will do.

All of this cost around Singapore $300 - S$360

Is there anything that can be changed but my
budget is around S$300 to S$400 and I am
going to buy these maybe April or May after I
start working as part time job.

Do i need window CD to boot up or just driver
CD to install all the latest hardware. I am not
changing the hard disk first.

The HD 4350 video card isn't good for gaming, even if it's paired up with the motherboard's integrated graphics in Hybrid Crossfire. If you wanna play games & play them well, invest in a better card. This following article will help you to choose a good card...a lot can change in 2-3 months though.

"I am not changing the hard disk first"

You will have to reinstall Windows due to the hardware changes. Are you sticking with WinXP? You can use the "repair install" method. This will make your current XP installation compatible with the new will then have to install drivers for the motherboard chipset, video, sound, network, etc.

Perform a Repair Installation

You will also have to reinstall ALL the Windows Updates including Service Pack 3 (if it's not included on your CP CD).
