Ok i am in grade 10 and going to buy a laptop. I am only going to use this laptop for Microsoft Office, and school stuf, so like power point and everything related to school and i want this to last me atleast 2-3 years, i might play a game like minecraft sometime but i am not a gamer, i might go online and play some games but thats all the gaming ill do, so this is the laptop i picked

The cheapest laptop should be fine for schoolwork.

The part of the story that you missed was that kids are rough on these sort of devices. Laptops tend to get broken and in some cases stolen. Don't buy too much computer. Consider one that may have good security so that it can't easily be used if stolen.

Do what you want then. I was trying to save you money by suggesting a least expensive choice.

I am pretty old and I broke a ruggedized military tablet so don't think any of those cheap Chinese made laptops can't be broken by simply dropping them from 5 feet.
