Quick question and i just need a short answer. Is this graphics card still (easy) reparable or should i put it in the trash can. Please no extensive explanations. If it is not fixable in a fex steps, i will just throw it away. thx!

It's a fairly old card but was good in its day. The artifacts on the screen could be due to overheating. What happens after you actually get into Windows?

It stays the same. It was a good card, that's exactly why i was giving it a last chance before throwing it away.

Graphics cards are rarely repairable.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

If you're handy with surface-mount soldering (including flatpacks, BGA's and 0201 or smaller size components), then sure, it's repairable---assuming you're willing to pour money into true diagnosis of the problem. Otherwise, then, yep...time for a new video card.
