Solved Is laptop integrated sound good?

Specs: Windows 7, 3.2Ghz/2GB
I am planning to buy a laptop to replace my current desktop. I was concerned about the laptop sound quality. My desktop has integrated sound and I have never had any problems. I play games and watch HD (720p and 1080p) movies and have never experienced disturbance in sound.

I have heard that Laptops do not have a good sound quality.

My current system specs are:
Core 2 Duo 3.2Ghz
Motherboard ASUS P5KPL-VM
RAM 2GB DDR2 800
Sound is Integrated (Realtek HD Audio)

The laptop I am getting is Dell 15R (N5110) with following specs:
i7 2.0Ghz
Graphics GT525M
Sound is integrated (SRS premium sound) Audio Controller IDT® - 92HD87

The speakers I use are Edifier X100 and Edifier X600. Both are 2.1Channel. Although my current motherboard supports 5.1Channel and the Dell also supports 5.1 Channel.

Now Will I get the same sound quality from my laptop? Realtek HD Audio by Realtek vs. SRS Premium sound by SRS Labs?

Both laptop and desktop are not equiped with a good gaming video card. It is super easy to turn the desktop into a gaming system(by adding more memory and a gaming v-card which will cost less than buying and new laptop).
If u want u can updrade the desktop and buy a cheap AMD APU laptop for HD videos.
Iam not a sound expert but i guess it will do fine job.
